My Review:
It’s a truly entertaining and well-researched historical fiction sets in the 16th century north India. Our protagonist Aditya who grows up to become a skilful warrior under the mentorship of one of the greatest teacher and warrior from Indian mythology joins the army of his uncle Hemu to protect the Sultanate of Delhi. The author has adequately used the timeline of Mughal invasions and the second war of Panipat to support his story. The author has also tried to provide information about various beliefs, rituals and traditions of the Hindu religion. Simple language and narration style of the author kept me hooked throughout. Overall it was an intriguing read and I highly recommend this to fans of this genre.
